Job Title: Aquatics Supervisor –
Job Description: In charge of all aquatics activities including: Preschool Open Swim, School-Age Open Swim, Swim Lessons, Baby and Me Swim Class, Pool Parties, Birthday Parties, Family Swim Night. Works closely with the center staff to ensure safe and organized transitions to and from the swimming pool activities. In charge of lifeguards and swim instructors. Maintains cleanliness of bathrooms, pool areas, pool chemistry, and outdoor areas. Maintains attractive bulletin board for pool patrons. In charge of marketing the program to increase participation by enrolled families and community members.
Reports to: Center Director
Lifeguard certification and WSI certification required for this position. In addition to hourly pay, commission is given for additional swim lessons and pool usage fees. Rate is dependent of experience, certification and/or education.
